Walking around the streets of Berlin you can see these forgotten bikes everywhere. Nobody seems to care about them much: The previous owners lost interest or can't remember where they are, the administration does not spend the money to dispose of them, and the city slowly covers them in weeds, digesting them and absorbing them.
